Health Usage Monitoring System provider RMCI has formed a partnership with KGB Aviation, a manufacturer of aviation recording systems, to distribute the SkyLog-25 Flight Data and Cockpit Voice Recorder (FDR/CVR). The system can record for 25 hours and can be integrated through RMCI’s XRDS HUMS.
The SkyLog-25 can be used across both fixed-wing and rotary aircraft, enabling direct recording of data from the XRDS HUMS system into a Crash Survivable Memory Unit (CSMU).
“The partnership between RMCI and KGB Aviation brings together advanced crash-survivable recording technology with next-generation aircraft health monitoring,” said an RMCI spokesperson. “By integrating the SkyLog-25 with the XRDS HUMS platform, operators gain a powerful capability to protect and preserve both flight data and aircraft health information when it matters most.”
“We are honoured to partner with RMCI to deliver the SkyLog-25 to their customers,” said Maria Balys, President of KGB Aviation Solutions. “Our organisations share a commitment to providing highly reliable, cost-effective solutions capable of withstanding the demanding operational environments of aircraft. I am extremely proud of our team and look forward to working closely with RMCI as we support the next generation of rotorcraft modernisation.”
