London’s Air Ambulance Charity has selected TrustFlight’s Smart Documents and Smart Regulations capabilities for its Airbus H135 fleet as part of the Centrik 5 platform.
TrustFlight is a developer of aerospace safety intelligence platforms, and has been working with London’s Air Ambulance Charity since 2023, and in May 2025, the operator added UK Continuing Airworthiness Regulations to its subscription.
The new additions to the platform will allow the charity to benefit from a fully connected compliance ecosystem where documentation, regulation, and safety data are all combined in one space for ease of use. Smart Documents uses an integrated AI assistant to streamline review and approval workflows, while Smart Regulations offers real-time access to over 120 regulatory frameworks and provides analysis to ensure that regulatory changes are acted upon.
“We hold ourselves to the highest standards in everything we do, both clinically and operationally,” said Jay Young, Safety and Compliance Manager at London’s Air Ambulance. “Smart Documents gives us the tools to manage our documentation with greater precision and efficiency, so our teams spend less time navigating administrative complexity and more time focused on the mission.”
“London’s Air Ambulance Charity is one of the most respected air medical operators in the UK, serving over 10 million Londoners,” commented Karl Steeves, CEO at TrustFlight. “They came to us through word of mouth from fellow operators, expanded their Centrik deployment, and are now among the first HEMS operators to adopt our Smart Suite products. That progression reflects exactly how we believe aviation safety should evolve: from a strong foundation of proven safety management to AI-powered compliance intelligence, all connected in a single platform.”
