The category, which is sponsored by Etihad Cargo, recognises GSSAs that have invested in market-leading services in the last 12 months that help airlines fill the cargo hold of their aircraft while offering visibility, digital services and a personal service.
The judges will be looking for companies that are able to demonstrate operational efficiency; customer satisfaction; new services and solutions; the implementation and success of new contracts and use facts, figures and testimonials to demonstrate how these investments have benefited customers.

Now in its 42nd year, the prestigious Air Cargo News Awards are taking place on Wednesday 21 October at the Royal Lancaster London hotel.
The awards comprise 10 categories that recognise the outstanding achievements of the air cargo industry – from innovative solutions for complex transport challenges to investments in new technologies, services and innovations.
The deadline for entries is 29 May 2026 at 17:00 BST.
