Kylie Jenner doled out $15 million for a vacant five-acre parcel of land in her Hidden Hills hometown in the San Fernando Valley in spring 2020 and proceeded to custom-build an 18,000-square-foot mansion. Shortly before that, the reality TV star and beauty mogul added to her vast property portfolio with the $36.5 million purchase of an ultra-modern estate in the posh Los Angeles neighborhood of Holmby Hills.
As she nears completion on her new residence, she’s doubling down on efforts to offload some of her spare homes. She recently relisted another Hidden Hills home she’s owned since 2016 for nearly $18 million, down from its initial $20.25 million ask. She has also significantly lowered the price of her Holmby Hills spread, which was first offered for $48 million in late 2025. After briefly leaving the market, that place is now back up for sale at a heavily reduced $38.5 million, with Ginger Glass of Compass representing the listing.

Sequestered behind 12-foot gates, concrete walls, and dense greenery on a flat lot spanning nearly an acre, the brutalist-style spec mansion was built in 2019 by luxury developer Gala Asher. Personalized during her tenure, the entire spread offers a total of seven bedrooms and 14 bathrooms across a main home, a guardhouse, and a pair of guest apartments. There is also a six-car garage, plus a covered area and a motor court with parking for up to 20 more vehicles.
Anchoring the property is the roughly 15,300-square-foot, single-story primary residence, which features formal living and dining rooms; two kitchens, one for show and another for prep; and a sprawling primary suite flaunting a den, a kitchenette, three fireplaces, dual closets and baths, a glam room, and an outdoor living room. Other luxuries include a tiered movie theater, plus an entertainment wing featuring a custom slide.

The 28-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Life of Kylie, and The Kardashians star, who sold a majority stake in her eponymous makeup brand to Coty in 2019 as part of a $600 million deal, also owns a desert retreat within the Coachella Valley’s prestigious Madison Club golf resort community, as well as a 9,700-square-foot Beverly Hills mansion that she and her then-partner, Travis Scott, jointly purchased in 2018 for $13.5 million.
