Jettainer has hired Moritz Köhler as its chief operating officer to lead the continued development of its newly restructured operations division, strengthen its global ULD network and accelerate the digitalisation of its operational processes.
Köhler has nearly two decades of experience in the air cargo industry and brings extensive expertise in airline operations, digital transformation and strategic leadership to the role, said Lufthansa Cargo-owned Jettainer in a LinkedIn post on 27 July.
Prior to his appointment, Köhler had worked at Lufthansa Cargo for nearly 18 years, most recently as head of fulfillment digitalisation. Before that role he was project leader for Lufthansa Cargo’s entry-into-service project for the Airbus A321 freighter.
