UK rental company Hire Safe Solutions has taken delivery of its a 20 metre CTE B-Lift 20J ‘Automatic’ telescopic truck mounted aerial work platform.
The new lift is mounted on a 3.5 tonne Iveco Daily chassis and is the first self-drive truck mount to join the Hire Safe fleet. It went out shortly after arrival on a long term rental contract.

The B-Lift 20J ‘Automatic’ features a three section boom topped with an articulated jib, providing a working height of 19.7 metres, and up to 12 metres of outreach with 80kg and fully extended outriggers, while the maximum platform capacity of 300kg is available at up to 7.5 metres, and just under nine metres is possible with 230kg in the platform. Overall stowed length is 7.9 metres, with an overall height of 2.95 metres.


It also offers variable jacking and automatic levelling, footprint recognition and working area calculation. Other features include Auto stow, 700 degrees slew, 180 degrees of platform rotation and dial in telematics.
