Miami condos tend to have a certain look: white walls, pale floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows with water views. One spread at Mr. C Residences Coconut Grove checks most of those boxes, but it also throws in some unexpected details, including a collection of custom wallpapers inspired by tropical foliage and the sea.
The nearly 4,800-square-foot apartment actually combines two neighboring units on the building’s 18th floor. Together, they offer six bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and a powder room, plus ample space for entertaining. Nearly 12-foot ceilings and walls of glass keep the interiors bright, while a wraparound terrace overlooks downtown Miami, Biscayne Bay, and Key Biscayne.

The overall look is more understated than the wallpaper might suggest. Most of the home sticks to a neutral palette, with smooth oak paneling in the living room and primary bedroom adding some warmth. Italian terrazzo and pale tile keep things light, too.
Then there are the walls. A Capiz shell covering sets the tone in the entry foyer, while nature-inspired patterns pop up in other rooms. The designs are largely monochromatic, so they’re less about big bursts of color and more about adding a little texture and personality.
One of the six bedrooms currently doubles as an office, with a Murphy bed hidden inside glossy built-in cabinetry for any visiting friends and family. The primary suite, on the other hand, focuses on numero uno, offering custom closets and a bathroom with both a soaking tub and a separate shower.

It’s a lot of apartment, with the views and outdoor space to match. And for anyone who likes their coastal digs mostly white but not entirely without a little whimsy, the wallpaper might just seal the deal. Four assigned parking spaces are also included, which is no small perk in Miami.
The residence is listed for $13.95 million by the Ivan & Mike Team at Compass. Mr. C is a luxury hotel and residential brand founded by Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani, fourth-generation heirs to the family behind Venice’s famed Harry’s Bar. The Coconut Grove property opened in 2023, and the brand has additional projects in the works in West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, and downtown Dubai. Residents have access to a resort-style pool, spa, fitness center, screening room, and lounge, along with 24-hour concierge service.
