Sport Aviation And Aerobatics Pilot Mike Goulian To Give Keynote Address
The Aircraft Electronics Association (AEA) International Trade Show and Convention March 23-26 in Dallas will feature Mike Goulian as the keynote speaker at the event.
Goulian has authored two books on aerobatics, given numerous FAA, EAA, and industry safety seminars, filmed numerous safety videos, and has received all three air show industry awards for his achievements. Goulian has been involved in aviation since the mid-1980s; his parents founded and operated Executive Flyers Aviation, a flight school located outside of Boston, Mass. His dad, Myron, started the company in 1964.
He is a CFII and ATP with more than 11,000 hours of flight time. Goulian is type-rated in the Lear Jet, the Citation, and, most recently, the SF50 Vision Jet. Rounding out his flying resume is his 4,000 hours at the controls of different tailwheel aircraft and more than 1,000 hours flying and teaching in Cirrus Aircraft. Sport aviation and aerobatics has been a passion of Goulian’s from the beginning of his career. He is a three-time member of the U.S. Unlimited Aerobatic Team and the 1990 U.S. Advanced National Champion. In 1995, he became one of the youngest ever National Unlimited Aerobatic Champions. In 2014, he was awarded the Aero Club of New England’s Presidential Award. It honors those who have made significant contributions to aviation, whose impact may have been regional, national or global.
