Deutsche Aircraft is partnering with management consultancy Kepner-Tregoe to support its organizational development as the 40-seater D328eco turboprop it is developing advances toward certification and market entry.
Under the agreement, Kepner-Tregoe will deliver executive and management programs designed to develop structured decision-making and problem-solving capability across the Germany-based manufacturer.
The partnership follows the rollout of the first D328eco TAC1 prototype and continued progress on the company’s final assembly line in Leipzig.

The D328eco is a next-generation regional turboprop based on the Dornier 328 platform. Deutsche Aircraft is developing the type with a focus on improved fuel efficiency and reduced operating costs, with final assembly planned at a dedicated facility in Leipzig.
The first D328eco aircraft was rolled out in May. The company plans for the aircraft to enter into service by the end of 2027.
