Embraer expects to deliver between 80 and 85 commercial aircraft and 160 to 170 executive jets in 2026, according to the outlook released with the company’s 2025 financial results.
The forecast suggests a modest increase compared with last year’s output but also confirms that the Brazilian manufacturer will still fall short of producing more than 100 commercial jets annually, a target that company executives have said could be reached later in the decade as production gradually increases.
In 2025, Embraer delivered 78 commercial aircraft and 155 business jets. If the upper end of the guidance is achieved, the commercial division could add up to seven additional aircraft this year, while executive aviation is expected to remain close to last year’s production levels.

The company projects total revenue between $8.2 billion and $8.5 billion in 2026 as deliveries remain concentrated in its E-Jet regional aircraft family and the Phenom and Praetor business jet lines.
Embraer also reported stronger financial results for 2025, driven largely by higher aircraft deliveries and sustained demand across its aviation segments.
Revenue reached R$41.9 billion (about $8.3 billion), an increase of 18% compared with the previous year. Aircraft deliveries totaled 244 units during the year, up from 206 in 2024.

The total included 78 commercial jets, 155 business jets and 11 aircraft in the defense segment. Military deliveries consisted of three KC-390 Millennium transport aircraft and eight A-29 Super Tucano light attack aircraft.
Deliveries were concentrated in the final quarter of the year, a common pattern in the aerospace industry. Embraer handed over 91 aircraft in the last three months of 2025 alone.
Adjusted operating profit reached R$3.6 billion, with a margin of 8.6%, while adjusted net income totaled R$1.37 billion.
Cash generation also improved during the year. The company reported R$2.3 billion in adjusted free cash flow and ended 2025 with a net cash position of R$601 million.
Embraer closed the year with a record order backlog of $31.6 billion, reflecting continued demand for its regional jets, executive aircraft and defense platforms.
