Italian rental company Venpa Group has taken delivery of 455 LGMG aerial work platforms, predominately electric models.

The lifts – ordered through Italian distributor Nord Est Elevatori – have been divided across the group’s operations, including Venpa locations as well as the Nolotecnica and Rentalsud subsidiaries, which operate from two sites in Puglia and Basilicata.

The machines going into the Venpa fleet include slab electric models from six to 18 metres, and diesel units from 10 to 12 metres. Nolotecnica has taken mast lifts from six to 12 metres, 15 metre electric articulated booms, as well as diesel booms up to 30 metres. Rentalsud’s order includes electric vertical lifts from six to 14 metres, as well as 12 metre diesel versions, and articulated electric booms ranging from 11 to 15 metres.
Simone D’Alessi of Nord Est Elevatori said: “We are grateful to be able to supply the Venpa Group with 455 LGMG self-propelled platforms across various models: from electric masts to mast booms, through to articulated and telescopic boom lifts.”

Venpa’s joint chief executive Mendes Migotto added: “This purchase represents a decisive step in our growth and modernisation journey. It’s not just about increasing the number of machines available, but doing so strategically, focusing on technologies that reduce environmental impact and fuel consumption.”
