Hayward & Green have announced that is has formed a partnership with NHV Group which will see the parts specialists hold a substantial package of of new and service ready parts for Airbus AS365 and AS332 as well as MD900 on consignment from NHV.
Hayward & Green are perhaps best known for their offers in support of AW109 and 101 operators with an extensive inventory held in stock but the new partnership will, says the company, open a value offer for SAR, public service and private operators of the three additional types, While NHV will benefit from a revenue stream from their existing spares inventory.
Commenting on the announcement NHV CEO Lars-Henrik Thorngreen said “This partnership with Hayward & Green is a good example of how we continue to look for smarter ways to manage our assets and create value from across our business. Their specialist expertise and international reach make them a strong partner to bring our inventory to operators around the world, and we see good potential to expand our cooperation in the future.”
Hayward & Green adds that the relationship with NHV will complement similar existing agreements the company has with Bristow, ONTIC and Ametek MRO.
