Julie Wainwright is ready for a real estate do-over. A little more than a year after listing her sleek condo at New York City’s iconic Woolworth Tower Residences for nearly $7.9 million and subsequently pulling it from the market, the founder and former CEO of The RealReal is giving it another go.
Wainwright is, however, still holding firm on the $7.885 million asking price for the Lower Manhattan spread, which she picked up for $6.75 million in 2020 on the heels of taking her luxury consignment company public. Corcoran’s Kane Manera holds the listing.
