Business jet service provider, Duncan Aviation, has placed a pre-paid order for 40 Gogo Galileo HDX electronically steered antenna (ESA) systems, marking Gogo’s largest order with an MRO company this year.
Powered by the Eutelsat OneWeb enterprise-grade low-Earth orbit (LEO) network, Gogo Galileo offers inflight connectivity services around the world. The HDX ESA is a compact, lightweight and low power technology that can be installed on light jets and turboprops, as well as larger-cabin aircraft.
Gogo says it has put in place a reliable supply chain to ensure that Galileo is available for customers planning installations.
“As expectations around inflight connectivity rise, we anticipate growing demand for Gogo Galileo HDX and are ready to support it,” stated Nate Klenke, Duncan Aviation’s modifications sales manager. “Having equipment on hand gives us greater flexibility to plan installations around our customers’ schedules.”
