This lavish estate could make you the next prince—or princess—of Bel Air.
The sprawling abode sits on a prime 1.2 acres overlooking the tenth hole of the tony Bel-Air Country Club. Sporting a classic, Georgian-style exterior, the home has been revamped inside by the acclaimed designer Kelly Wearstler, who’s imbued the interiors with a sexy, high-gloss aesthetic. It’s certainly not for those afraid of color, pattern, or texture.
The golden kitchen offers a casual dining area and lounge.

Entering into the 14,200-square-foot residence, the foyer sports a kaleidoscopic tiled floor. From here, there’s a plush formal living room, outfitted mostly in neutral tones, and a darker, moodier sitting room, where the black walls feature a studded pattern. Another lounge includes a bar you can sidle up to for cocktail hour, while the spacious formal dining room has a mirrored accent wall. The sunny, gold-toned kitchen has both a bay-windowed nook and a casual dining area. The top-of-the-line chef’s kitchen sports metallic cabinetry paired with dark marble countertops and backsplashes.
The massive primary suite includes dual dressing rooms and two onyx-clad bathrooms. The bedroom has a relatively calm vibe, while the rest of the spaces are more maximalist. One of the dressing rooms is covered in mirrored insets, while the bathrooms sport a similarly vertigo-inducing floor as the foyer. In total, the home encompasses seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.

The primary bedroom has a tree-top view from a private balcony.

Steps lead down from the house to the pool area, where a separate studio can be used as a pool house or for additional guest accommodations. The surrounding lawn includes topiary gardens and tranquil fountains.
The grand abode is currently on the market for $34.5 million with Rayni Williams at the Beverly Hills Estates and Drew Fenton at Carolwood Estates. It’s the second Los Angeles home designed by Wearstler to pop up for sale in recent months. Back in May, an eclectic mansion in Brentwood with her signature stamp hit the market for $27.5 million, since reduced to $25 million.
