Las Vegas is known for its neon lights and over-the-top excess. But this Sin City home takes a more restrained approach, pairing clean lines and strong geometric forms with the natural beauty of the Southwest.
The residence spans more than 8,000 square feet in the gated Ridges community, drawing on natural materials like marble and granite and emphasizing a smooth flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. The heart of the home is the great room, encompassing a fireplace-warmed living area, an open dining area, and a warm-wood chef’s kitchen outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances, stone countertops, and a hidden butler’s pantry with ample storage and prep space.
The lounge is outfitted with a full bar, and a wine cellar sits nearby.

A lounge with a full bar provides a more intimate space for gathering, with a TV and access to an adjoining courtyard. Wine buffs can opt for the nearby cellar, equipped with a tasting table and plenty of spce for showing off your bottle collection.

The pool and spa are paired with a summer kitchen and covered dining area, while a rooftop deck is equipped with yet another bar, plus a fire pit and commanding views of the Red Rock Mountains.
Listed for $11.3 million, the Summerlin home is on the market with Ivan Sher at IS Luxury. It’s one of a few modern, luxe properties to have popped up for sale in Sin City in recent months. Earlier this year, for example, the hospitality power couple behind the Morton Group sold their custom-built limestone mansion for $20 million. That residence taps into some of Vegas’s OTT energy, with two pools and a 60-foot water slide.
