Aerius Leasing has announced the sale and leaseback of an AW139, its first transaction of the type for offshore energy support. The aircraft was acquired from Weststar Aviation Services and leased back to PT Weststar Aviation Indonesia, where it will be employed in support of ENI’s offshore oil and gas activities in Indonesia.
