LAS VEGAS—Phillips 66 Aviation, in partnership with Aviation Week, marked 16 years of support for Corporate Angel Network with a $23,928 check presented to the nonprofit organization to help cancer patients traveling for specialized medical care on corporate aircraft.
The donation was presented to Bob Stangarone (pictured third from right), Corporate Angel Network President and CEO, on the exhibition floor at the NBAA-BACE show. Aviation Week was represented by Anne McMahon (pictured third from left), senior vice president for data, intelligence and media.
The Corporate Angel Network utilizes a network of corporate aircraft partners to help cancer patients access medical care that requires long-distance travel. The nonprofit, which celebrates its 45thanniversary in December, has completed more than 70,000 patient flights and expects to arrange more than 2,000 patient flights in 2026.
The donation is part of Phillips 66 Aviation’s annual sponsorship of the Corporate Angel Award, which recognizes corporations and flight departments that contribute to the agency’s mission. This year’s honorees include Jet Aviation, LFG Aviation, ConocoPhillips and Emerson.
“With generous support from organizations like Phillips 66 Aviation, we can continue completing flights that make a difference in people’s lives by helping patients reach the vital care they need,” Stangarone said.
