- Evidence of initiative and going the extra mile
- Colleague/customer testimonials or facts and figures to demonstrate strong performance
- Demonstrate future career ambitions and aspirations
For this category, an employee can self-nominate or be put forward by their company.
Coaching partners, neAira Executive Performance & SHK Solutions, will kindly donate four months of executive performance coaching to the winner, along with a highly discounted introductory team coaching session for their organisation—a package worth thousands of dollars!
The winner will receive a prize of £500 from Air Cargo News.

Now in its 42nd year, the prestigious Air Cargo News Awards are taking place on Wednesday 21 October at the Royal Lancaster London hotel.
The awards comprise 10 categories that recognise the outstanding achievements of the air cargo industry – from innovative solutions for complex transport challenges to investments in new technologies, services and innovations.
The deadline for entries is 29 May 2026 at 17:00 BST.
