It’s been barely two years since Meg Ryan doled out $13.5 million for a serene retreat in the Hamptons crafted by local architect and interior designer Kathrine “Kitty” McCoy. But the actress is already looking to offload her traditional shingled spread in the highly desirable Bridgehampton enclave with a $1.75 million jump in price, as first reported by the New York Post.
The popular rom-com star—who last appeared on the silver screen in 2023 opposite David Duchovny in What Happens Later—is asking $15.25 million for the estate. Evan Kulman of Compass holds the listing.

Completed in 2016, the cedar and white-accented structure is set off a cul-de-sac south of the highway amid a gated, flag-shaped parcel spanning 1.5 acres. Inside, five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and a powder room are distributed across roughly 4,900 square feet on three levels. The sophisticated interiors feature wide-plank oak floors, shiplap-paneled walls, five fireplaces, and a geothermal heating and cooling system. There’s also a custom dog-washing station with hot and cold running water.
A stone pathway leads through a manicured lawn on the way to a front porch, which opens into a light-filled entry foyer that flows to a coffered-ceilinged living room anchored by a white-painted wood fireplace with a mosaic-tiled surround. The layout transitions to a formal dining room with a chic chandelier and French doors spilling out to a patio. Nearby, the updated kitchen features a large marble island and an accompanying breakfast nook and sunroom.

Her long-standing primary residence is in Manhattan, where she owns a luxury apartment at the star-studded 443 Greenwich Street building in Tribeca.
