Skyfields by Perth Airport – the commercial property division and brand identity of Perth Airport – is calling for experienced hospitality, entertainment and leisure operators for a new destination precinct at Dunreath Green. Expressions of interest are now open.
The Runway Entertainment Precinct is a 3.12-hectare site within the broader 26-hectare Dunreath Green development. It offers direct runway views and scope for large-scale venues.
The launch of the EOI follows site preparation work as Skyfields looks to complete the first major expansion of development land on the airport estate since the 1990s.
Perth Airport chief property officer Dan Sweet said the EOI is an opportunity to bring new ideas and destination experiences difficult to replicate elsewhere in Perth.
“The scale of this land supports uses that simply aren’t possible in a standard suburban center. It’s a blank canvas for drawcard developments, adventure-leisure concepts and flagship destinations,” said Sweet.
“We’re looking for experienced operators with bold ideas who can make the most of the of the airfield and help create a destination that gives people a reason to visit, stay and return.”
Expressions of interest close on Wednesday, November 25 2026 for the Runway Entertainment Precinct.
