Kansai Airports will open a SAGAWA Express baggage storage and delivery counter on the second floor of Aeroplaza at Kansai International Airport (KIX) on Sunday, November 1.
The counter, officially named SAGAWA Express Kansai International Airport Aeroplaza 2F Baggage Storage and Delivery Counter, will be open from 8:00am to 9:00pm year-round.
Services will include parcel delivery, same-day delivery, temporary baggage storage, baggage wrapping and overseas shipping.
Through partnerships with overseas online travel agencies (OTAs), travelers will be able to arrange domestic delivery services when booking their trips. The SAGAWA hands-free travel service provides same-day delivery to accommodations, enabling tourists and business travelers to move around without carrying their luggage.
The counter is located near the Terminal 2 (T2) connecting bus stop, which Kansai Airports said will make baggage storage and delivery services easier to access for T2 passengers.
