Spanish crane and aerial work platform rental company Grupo Roxu took delivery of its third 90 metre Ruthmann T 900 HF truck mounted lift.

The T 900 HF is mounted on a five axle Scania XT chassis with an outreach of 42 metres with an unrestricted platform capacity of 350kg, while 39 metres of outreach is possible with the maximum platform capacity of 600kg. It also features Ruthmann’s ‘High-Flex’ jib with 220 degrees of articulation and 440 degrees of platform rotation, and its DRS system which calculates the working envelope based on actual outrigger set up and wind speeds.


Founded in 1979 and based in Meres, Siero, in central Asturias, it also runs depots in Avilés, Gijón, León and Navia, as well as two facilities in Costa Rica – one in the north and one in the south of the country. The company operates a fleet of 1,100 units, including boom lifts, mast lifts, scissor lifts, spider lifts – truck mounts, telehandlers and All Terrain cranes topped by a 200 tonne LTM 1200 as well as crawler cranes up to 500 tonnes.
