Veryon has acquired Polaris Aero, an aviation software company headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona. Since 2007, Polaris Aero has delivered innovative safety management solutions to aircraft operators and MROs worldwide.

The acquisition adds over 200 new customers to Veryon’s portfolio, further reinforcing its position as the aviation industry’s most comprehensive provider of maintenance software solutions.
Polaris Aero’s products include VOCUS SMS, FlightRisk, and GroundRisk, which are widely used by corporate flight departments, charter operators, and MROs to streamline compliance, assess risk, and enhance operational safety.
The move also combines Polaris Aero’s de-identified data from 112,000+ safety reports, 32 million+ FlightRisk assessments, and 174 million+ flight hazards with Veryon’s dataset of 100 million+ maintenance events, creating the industry’s most extensive source of aviation safety and maintenance data. This expanded dataset will sharpen the accuracy and reach of Veryon AIRE, its AI-powered data intelligence platform, giving operators more precise insights into both safety risks and maintenance needs.
