The first advanced air mobility (AAM) operations in the U.S. may be closer than you think.
The industry could be within a few years from seeing its first certified electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft. Some of the manufacturers believed by industry observers to be the furthest along in the certification process include Archer Aviation, Beta Technologies, and Joby Aviation.
