Aviation Specialties Unlimited (ASU) has announced the appointment of Jakub Dryska as its Territory Manager for Europe and Africa. According to ASU with more than a decade of aviation experience, Dryska brings valuable industry knowledge and a strong network of relationships across the region to the business which will reinforce ASU’s commitment to delivering support to international customers.
Before joining ASU, Dryska held several leadership positions with AIR TEAM in the Czech Republic. During his career, he served as PART 145 Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, and Director of Key Accounts. These roles helped him develop a deep understanding of aviation business operations, customer support, and strategic growth initiatives.
Additionally, Dryska worked on aircraft modernisation programs, special mission aviation projects, and NVG cockpit modification initiatives. He also managed complex business opportunities involving commercial operators, government agencies, and defence organisations.
Adding that Dryska’s experience with government tenders, NATO-related programs, and export compliance requirements allows him to provide practical guidance throughout the procurement and implementation process. His understanding of local markets helps ensure customers receive support and relevant solutions.
