Garmin Brings SmartCharts Coverage to Canada and Mexico

Garmin is expanding its reach of SmartCharts for Garmin Pilot Premium users in Canada and Mexico who utilize both web and Apple mobile platforms. SmartCharts are a digital charting option that puts flight-critical information at a pilot’s finger tips.

Introduced in May of last year, SmartCharts optimize pilot workflow by providing only relevant data. Users can select specific aircraft type, arrival/departure/approach transition fix, and other pertinent information that pilots need to successfully brief and fly the instrument procedure.
