Jessica Lange has always loved New Orleans for its unique atmosphere, rich artistic culture, and seamless blend of the past and present. While filming consecutive seasons of the FX series American Horror Story there in 2013 and 2014, the award-winning actress decided to put down roots, purchasing an 1830s Creole cottage compound in the French Quarter.
She sold the part-time residence in September 2018 for $1.875 million after her filming schedule concluded. Now, eight years later, the historic gem has returned to the market with that exact same $1.875 million price tag. Shelley Lawrence of Ricci Real Estate holds the listing.

Today, the 77-year-old Minnesota native splits her time between two apartments in Greenwich Village, one upstairs from the other—which serve as her primary residence—and a rustic cabin near Duluth, about 20 miles from her hometown of Cloquet.
