Bel Air has seen a wave of headline-making homes hit the market this year, from a $9 million residence listed by Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Sutton Stracke to a $400 million mega-mansion dubbed the “Crown Jewel of Los Angeles.” Joining the mix is a modern hillside estate designed by the international architecture firm SAOTA.
Completed in 2023, the gated home sits at the end of a 350-foot olive- and oak-lined driveway. Eight bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a 1,000-bottle wine gallery, a Dolby Atmos theater, a nine-car showroom garage, and a rooftop deck are among its standout features. The property also has a connection to one of France’s most renowned fashion houses: Louis Vuitton hosted an invite-only exhibition there in 2023.

The “Crafting Dreams” showcase featured the Objects Nomades collection of furniture and design objects, along with trunks, watches, jewelry, one-off leather goods, skate decks, and other special collab pieces. With its dynamic architecture and expansive interiors, the estate served as a fitting backdrop for the brand’s celebration of craftsmanship. The home’s skylight-capped gallery continues to offer a striking setting for displaying blue-chip art and sculpture.
A massive motor court accommodating more than 15 vehicles fronts the three-story residence, which features expansive, open-plan living spaces designed for both everyday living and large-scale entertaining. The main living area includes a hand-carved stone bar positioned opposite the wine gallery, while the adjacent kitchen and dining areas create a natural gathering space.

Rich wood-paneled cabinetry, a marble island, and copper accents define the Arclinea kitchen, echoing the warm, refined finishes found throughout the residence. In the primary suite, nearly 180-degree views from the bedroom are paired with an arresting marble-clad bath and boutique-style walk-in closet featuring parquet flooring and wood cabinetry.
A corner office with balcony access and a fully equipped gym overlooking a hillside are among the home’s additional highlights, along with a glass-walled garage reminiscent of the iconic scene from the 1986 film Ferris Bueller’s Day Off.

A sweeping hillside view is framed beyond the garage.

Outdoors, dual pergolas and skyline vistas anchor the rooftop terrace, while a wellness pavilion with a massage room, steam shower, and dry sauna sits near a lap pool that flows into an infinity-edge pool. A hot tub, swim-up bar, sunken fire pit lounge, and BBQ pavilion round out the alfresco setting.
The $88 million property, only two minutes from Sunset Boulevard, is now available with Aaron Kirman and Michael Chen of Christie’s International Southern California and Jason Oppenheim from The Oppenheim Group.
