Oasis Systems LLC has filed a protest with the United States Government Accountability Office (GAO) regarding a US Army contract award to Parsons. The USD 665 million contract requires the development, testing and evaluating of C-UAS systems.
Oasis says Parsons should not have won the award as it is a manufacturer of C-UAS systems and that it could potentially end up evaluating its own products.
Oasis is also questioning how the Army evaluated both companies’ proposals for the task order.
The protest was filed on 15 September. A GAO ruling is expected by December 24 2026.
