Flexjet Takes First Praetor 600E

Embraer Delivers The First Example Of Its Newest Praetor To Its Longtime Fractional Aviation Partner Flexjet has taken delivery of an aircraft that opens the next chapter for Embraer’s Praetor family. The Praetor 600E pairs intercontinental range with a completely reworked cabin and advanced flight technology. It also gives Flexjet the distinction of becoming the aircraft’s fleet launch customer.

Embraer has delivered the first Praetor 600E to Flexjet, marking the latest milestone in a relationship between the companies that began in 2003. Flexjet previously became the fleet launch customer for the Praetor 500 and Praetor 600 in 2019.

The delivery follows the Praetor 600E’s triple certification by Brazil’s ANAC, the FAA, and EASA in April 2026. It also advances a landmark agreement announced in February 2025 and valued at up to $7 billion, including 182 firm aircraft orders, 30 options, and expanded services and support. Flexjet’s first Praetor 500E is scheduled to arrive in the fourth quarter of 2026.

With four passengers and NBAA IFR reserves, the Praetor 600E offers 4,018 nautical miles of range, enough for routes such as London to New York. Its redesigned cabin introduces new seating, an advanced cabin management system, and Embraer’s Smart Window, a 42-inch 4K OLED touchscreen that supports video conferencing, high-resolution content, and live exterior views from three externally mounted cameras.

The aircraft also incorporates full fly-by-wire controls with active turbulence reduction, enhanced vision, and runway overrun awareness and alerting.

For Flexjet, the first Praetor 600E is more than the arrival of a new aircraft. It is an early glimpse of how business aviation is bringing longer range, smarter technology, and a more connected passenger experience together in the same cabin.
